- Go to Start and then control panel
- In control Panel, Double click on “mail”
- Choose “show profiles' button from the Window it display.
- Click on “Add” button to make a new profile.
- Type name of the new profile.
- Select “prompt for profile to be used” and choose OK. You need to change the name of profile from the drop down box, if it is grayed out.
- Restart Outlook 2003, A prompt appear indicting which profile you want to use. Choose the profile which you have created now and then rebuild the PST file and setup the new profile.
