- Mailbox is located on an Exchange server 2003 mailbox server.
- If you are trying to create new profile using the Auto Account Setup Process.
- Open Mail control panel.
- Click on “Show Profiles” option.

If this is the problem then you need to look for the dns record. For autodiscover.<mydomain>.com. You need to put it in your DNS server or your local host file and then point it to Exchange server.
Beside this, you can solve the problem with the use of the hotfix package for Outlook 2010. Download the latest hotfix package available on Microsoft site and use it to fix Outlook 2010 0x80070057 error.
